Current weight and goal weight

About two months ago when I started dabbling in exercise (here and there) I weighed 230 pounds. As of today weigh 190 pounds. Yeah, I know... it's heavy... but I am working on it. My goal weight is 130 pounds and I want to be that weight by the end of May of 2009. It is a reasonable goal without over-doing it. I just have to stick to my goals so I can be in the bikini again.... Ahh the days.

I walked the same route as I did on the 21st with the same amount of weights in each hand. My goal is to be able to do that every day with Sundays off

7.7 miles from 12:40a.m. to 2:16a.m.

My arms and shoulders are killing me!

I walked 7.7 miles with 5lb weights. I started at 11:30p.m. and ended at 3:00a.m. I walked from my house to the River Landing and stayed at the River Landing for about 45 minutes. Then I walked from the River Landing to Washington Avenue to Main Street to Morgan Avenue to Cedar Avenue to Satsuma to Magnolia.

My Goals... Exercise Journal

I have decided that since I like to write and I already have a ton of papers everywhere at home, I would make my exercise journal digital. My goal for this is to keep it up to date and list the pro's and con's of each exercise day. In the next post I will post my weights and losses and all the exercise that I do on a daily basis. I might even post before and after pictures if I am brave enough.
